What is osvalin?

Osvalin is a nutritional supplement rich in bioavailable silicon (dioxide) and magnesium that supports natural bone and cartilage metabolism.

What do I need to be aware of when using osvalin?

Osvalin is a combination product comprising silicon dioxide (silica) plus magnesium, which are taken separately.

Osvalin silicon dioxide solution:

Once daily, before breakfast, on an empty stomach, take 1 mL Osvalin per 25 kg body weight, diluted in a glass of water (150 mL).

It is recommended to take Osvalin at least 30 minutes before breakfast.

Osvalin mineral drink magnesium c 315:

Every 2 days, midday or evening, thoroughly stir the contents of one magnesium C 315 sachet into a glass of water (150 mL) and drink.

Example: If you weigh 75 kg, you should dilute 3 mL Osvalin in 150 mL water.

Please note:

Do not take Osvalin and magnesium C 315 together.

It is recommended to wait at least 3 hours after taking Osvalin before your take the magnesium C 315.

The recommended dosages must not be exceeded.

Who should use osvalin?

Bone and joint tissue are constantly being created and replaced by the body.

In a healthy body, these processes are in balance (equilibrium of bone and cartilage metabolism).

We recommend taking Osvalin in cases of increased bone loss, bone microarchitecture disorders, and excessive joint wear.

These conditions primarily affect older people, post-menopausal women, and people with osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Osvalin can also be helpful in the case of changes to the bone and cartilage metabolism caused by certain medications (e.g. cortisone).

What is the shelf life of osvalin?

After opening, you should use Osvalin within 30 days.
